Eddy’s K9 Retreat was founded in honor of Joseph Edwards — a beloved soldier whose courage, sacrifice, and legacy continue to drive our mission forward every single day. His life is a reminder of the silent battles our heroes face long after the uniform comes off, and it is in his honor that we stand committed to those still fighting.

At Eddy’s K9, our purpose is bigger than dogs — it’s about healing. We are devoted to supporting veterans living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other invisible wounds of service. That commitment has led us to launch a partnership fundraiser with Stop Soldier Suicide, the only national nonprofit dedicated exclusively to ending the epidemic of veteran and service member suicide.

Our Goal: Raise $25,000 by September 12, 2026

To match their aggressive mission of reducing the military suicide rate by 40% by 2030, we are pledging 20% of all orders directly to this life-saving initiative.
